There's plenty to take issue with. Like, outsourcing your donkey work to people in poverty for pennies is a definite problem. But there seems to be an implicit notion in your post that the people jetsetting around are doing it at the expense of the doctors and hotel staff etc. Yes, if we all did it society would collapse, but the same could be said for any other desirable profession. Society couldn't function if everyone was a neurosurgeon, or an astronaut. There's no arbitrary barrier to entry for these professions, just as there's no arbitrary barrier to entry for becoming a highly-paid freelance writer. Some people can do it, some can't.
